BOUNDARY
The current index has an invalid await position and duplicate input IDs, so the UI cannot be presented as working.
MOTION ROUTE
Repair the UI first, then run all six fixtures through analyzeMessage(); for now it remains a concept flow.

SCBKR Responsibility Chain Language Model

VERIFIED
The public 2.3.0 FREE framework experience supports ordinary chat and routes user requirements through hard routing, model-drafted S/C/B/K/R, Kernel Validator, field editing and human signature before compiling into LOGIC, CORPUS, MEMORY and VECTOR with replay. The Windows application is also available free on Microsoft Store.
BOUNDARY
The public edition bundles no model, API key or ShenYao official/private rule pack. Only the user may sign, store and activate rules; the model cannot sign, adjudicate or execute tools autonomously, and VECTOR is recall-only.
MOTION ROUTE
The released application and website film remain separate: Store and repository evidence are live, while the product still avoids substituting fake motion for its real flow under the Owner's instruction.

A single Canvas file renders ice and fire cores, stars, links, heart-shaped paths and pointer parallax.
BOUNDARY
No Three.js or WebGL 3D, music, backend or queryable work-map data exists today.
MOTION ROUTE
Preserve the real 2D core; any future 3D upgrade must be a new implementation, never a relabeling of the current state.

International Reality Newsroom & Responsibility Museum

The original is static HTML, CSS and JS with Decap CMS, reports, museum entries, role desks and YouTube embeds on detail pages.
BOUNDARY
Some role videos point to unsupported TikTok profiles and one YouTube item is an unverified placeholder, so neither can be presented as official content.
MOTION ROUTE
The new newsroom embeds only verified YouTube media and isolates unconfirmed assets from the main studio site.

Only the SCBKR Responsibility Chain Language Model remains motion-deferred by the owner.
