Based in Taichung, Taiwan, I independently develop semantic-governance, AI responsibility-chain and local-model workflows, including the Semantic Firewall and SCBKR, and I define the AICC OS architecture for modular capability compilation and version governance. My practice also spans animation, music, symbolic design and bilingual long-form writing. I independently plan, design, develop and take final responsibility for the studio's systems, works and publications.
